Shipping policy
SHIPPING
All orders ship directly from Melbourne, Australia within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
Our preferred shipping partners are Sendle and Australia Post. A signature is not required for delivery and your package will generally be left in a safe location.
Flat rate shipping charges are as follows (in Australian dollars):
Standard within Australia: $10
Express within Australia: $15
International Shipping: $25
*Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia with some exceptions on heavily discounted items.
Please note that free shipping does not apply to returns or International orders.
International orders may incur import duties or customs excise, for which you are responsible upon delivery in your country.
RETURNS
EXCHANGE & CHANGE OF MIND
For returns and exchanges within Australia, please email hello@geistlabel.com with the subject ‘RETURN’ to request an RA number. Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email.
For change of mind and size swaps, you must lodge your request and ship your items back to us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with labels intact in order to qualify for exchange.
All returns for the purpose of exchange will be shipped at the customers expense.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you have received a faulty item, you are entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and processed within 10 working days of claim approval.
After submitting a request and having your return approved, you will receive an RA number and directions as to how to ship the item(s) back to us.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for all costs associated with returns.
